Empties: January to July 2016 Part 1

img_1191

Hey~

Today I am back with a new type of post that I would like to put up this year, just for YOU!

I want to start an empty product(s) series every month or so, mainly for 3 reasons:

  1. To inform you whether I would repurchase a particular product or not;
  2. Give you short reviews on each products that was not worth or have not done a full fledge blog post review;
  3. To encourage you and myself to use finish a product before buying another
    • Cause the temptation is REAL!

I am splitting this into 3 parts as there are way too many products to put into a single post. This first post would be on the skincare side, except moisturisers and sunblocks. I will be posting the remaining parts back to back for the next 3 weeks.

Initially I wanted to split them into 2 parts, but then I realised that I left a bunch of products out after throwing away most of the Part 1 products. So some products that are inside this post, are not inside the picture and some products inside the picture are not inside here! Sorry about it!!! The products that are not inside here would be in the 2nd part!

I left this post till July as I do not want to overwhelm you with even more empties in this 3 part saga. There are already many products in this series to begin with!

Also, before you judge, there is a reason why I kept my empties for so long! I always wanted to do an empties blog post but it got stagnant. So I have been procrastinating and keeping the empties for some time already. They have been in the corner till dust is starting to collect on them. Hence, I have finally got my lazy bum going! I wouldn’t want to have a 6 part or more empties review posts at the end of year! OMG!!! Information overload!! Hands numb!!! AH!!!!

Anyway, let’s get started before I keep rumbling and grumbling non-stop!

PS: With the exception of this 3 blog posts, from now on the empties product blog post would come every 1 – 3 months. The empties blog posts/product reviews would be much shorter and summarises more. (Unlike this) If you want to any of these products to have a full blog post review, do leave a comment below!!

2015 Beauty Favorites: Make-up

Hey Girlfriends~

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!

I hope you are having a good Chinese New Year and eating loads of good food!! And of course growing fatter and not caring about it until after it is all over! After when it is all over, that’s when you start to regret it. I do not know about you but that happens to me all the time! Hahaha!!! 😀

Sneaky peak into my life: Sorry about the late posts! I am still having technical difficulties uploading posts. I thought I have solved it but apparently not. Whenever I upload any posts, the internet crashes on me and then my computer starts to hangs. Please bear with me for a while until I get a new computer or completely fix this! I got so many posts for you all but it is not working out for me! 😦  *Crying that I broke my 2016 blog goals!* I failed in getting this 2015 Beauty Favorites series up and the Chinese New Year theme make-up and nails look up before CNY . ): Do not worry, I will still upload them later and you will have more post to read! 😀

Last year I did not buy or use a lot of make-up due to my job. On a daily basis, I usually do not put make-up unless I am going out that day with my friends or have other things on. I really miss putting on make-up and getting all doll up! So whenever I can put make-up, I get super happy and enjoy every single moment of it! Every single time I put it on, I would try something on and play around with it. Some of you might be thinking I am crazy for thinking this way but I also would never thought that I would feel this way when I was wearing make-up every day. I wanted to get make-up done and over with in the morning. Hahaha!! Oh, how time flies and changes… I am making myself feel old suddenly. Hahaha!! 😀

If you want to know what are my make-up favorites for 2015, read on for more!

2015 Christmas Series: Dewy Glitter Burgundy Makeup

Processed with VSCO

PS: Please do not mind my pimples. I am currently having my monthly mini breakout on my face.

I always love burgundy color and would always try to add it into my outfit. However, with your outfit being green or red inspired by Christmas, I decided to put some burgundy color through my makeup.

This is my first time doing a blog post on makeup. It is not perfect or very well explained. I am also not a makeup artist or any of that sort. However, I did try my very best to explain it to you in the most simplest way. If you want to know how I recreate this look, read on for more. Continue reading
